How Do I Close my Store?

If you're a seller administrator, you can close your store temporarily or indefinitely. Closing your store will deactivate all your offers, meaning that customers can review your products but they cannot purchase them. 

While your store is closed, you can still view and fulfill any existing orders. 

To close your store:

1. Click My Seller in the left navigation menu
2. Select the date range you wish to close your store
   • Close your store indefinitely by selecting a Closed from date without selecting a Closed to date
3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

Your store will automatically reopen the date after your selected Close to date.
