A MarketPush platform consists of two distinct groups: the Operator and the Seller group. The Operator, who serves as the marketplace owner, has complete control over the platform's settings and configuration. On the other hand, the Seller group is designated for companies that have received approval from the Operator to sell on the marketplace.

Login Credential Setup

After clicking the link in your welcome email, you will be navigated to the main login page where you will choose the method you'd like to sign up.

• You can choose to click Sign Up using your email address that was created in the environment.

-OR- 

• You can choose Continue with Google to login 

Note: If your company's email provider is Google, use the Continue with Google option to sign in.  Enter your gmail username and password and click Continue with Google 

Returning to Your Portal

After you've created your account, you will use the same login to access your MarketPush account. The login page will look like this: 

Depending on your log in settings, you will login by entering your email and password and clicking Continue or you will use the Continue with Google option at the bottom and select the gmail account that you'd like to login with.  

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page, add your email address in the Email address box and click the "continue" button.

The following notification will appear, indicating that an email has been sent to the provided email address. Kindly check your email inbox for detailed instructions on how to reset your password.
