Updating Offers

As a seller on the MarketPush platform, it is necessary to maintain your inventory on your product offerings so that aren't aren't placed that cannot be fulfilled. There are three different methods that you can use to perform the update.

Manual Update

Choose this option if you only have 5 or less of parts to update.  

To update an offer one at a time, follow the steps below: 

1. Click the Offers tab on your left-hand navigation menu
2. Find the offer you'd like to update by scrolling or using the search bar 

   As you enter the first few characters, the list of offers will start to minimize.  

3. Click the checkbox next to the offer you'd like to edit
4. Click the (...) to the right of the offer
5. Select Edit from the dropdown menu
6. Make necessary edits to the offer (i.e., shipping location, stock quantity)
7. Click the blue Save button
   
   

Updating Offers by Import Method

Choose this option if there is more than 5-10 parts to update. 

There are a few ways you can go about updating offers in bulk using the file import method: 

1. Export, Update, & Import Offers
2. Update Existing Offer Template
3. Export Updates from ERP/Internal Database

Export, Update, & Import Offers

In MarketPush, sellers can export a list of select offers or their entire offer list into a csv file, make edits manually to it, and then directly upload it back into MarketPush to make their edits. 

To use this method, follow the steps below: 

1. Log into MarketPush
2. Click on Offers from your left-hand navigation menu
3. Click the check boxes next to the offers you'd like to export and update (you can select the top checkbox to select all offers)
4. Click the Export button
    
   
   
5. Open the csv file 
6. Make edits to the offers
7. Save the file
8. Click Import from the offers page
9. Select the file
10. Click the blue Continue button

    
    

    
11. Take a look at the Status column of the Import History tab to ensure no lines have errors (fix and re-upload if so)
    
    
    
    
12. Head back to the All Offers tab to view newly updated offers

Do not alter the Offer ID, as that will disrupt the update process for that offer

Update Existing Offer Template

If you have the excel files on hand that you used to create your offers originally, you can simply make your edits to those excel spreadsheets & re-upload to your MarketPush account. 

Do not alter the Offer ID on the sheets as it will disrupt the update process for that offer.

Export Updates from ERP/Internal Database

From your current ERP system, download your inventory file to your computer. Open the file and save the file to your computer.

1. Log into your MarketPush portal
2. Click on Offers on the left navigation menu
3. Click the Import button
4. Click the Add File button
5. Browse and select your saved file on your computer
6. Click the Import Offers button
7. Review your import status page for errors
8. Fix errors if applicable on spreadsheet & re-upload

The sheet you export from your ERP/Internal Database will need to have have Offer IDs that match the Offer IDs in MarketPush.
