Seller users with sufficient privileges have reports on their home dashboard that gives them insight into their store performance. Read on to learn more about available seller reports.
Revenue
The Revenue report shows the total Orders, Earnings, and Refunds in the Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and YTD.
Canceled orders do not appear on the Revenue report.
Top 10 Categories
The Top 10 Categories report shows what categories you sell the most products in. The list begins with the highest and moves to the lowest.
This list is updated automatically based on order activity.
Offers
The Offers report gives a snapshot of how many existing offers the store has and how many have been archived. The report has a button that will quickly navigate the user to their Offers page.
Out of stock offers do appear in this report.
Orders & Fulfilled Orders
The purpose of this report is to show how many orders the store has that are Pending (waiting to be accepted or rejected), Awaiting Fulfillment (waiting to be shipped), and orders with Incidents (customer has opened an incident on the order). It also tells how many orders have been fulfilled in the last 24 hours and the last 7 days.
Clicking the blue View Orders button will navigate the user to their primary Orders page.
