Learn How to Create Offers in MarketPush

There are two ways to create offers in MarketPush:

  1. One at a time via the Add Offer form

  2. In bulk via the Import feature

Add Offer Form

Sellers can create one offer a time following the steps below:

  1. Log into MarketPush

  2. Click Offers on the left-hand navigation menu

  3. Click the blue Add Offer button

  4. Search for the appropriate product

  5. Fill in, at minimum, the required fields indicated by a red asterisk

  6. Click Save

A product must exist in MarketPush before an offer can be created.

You can also create an offer directly from the Products page.

  1. Log into MarketPush
  2. Click on Products from the left-hand navigation menu
  3. Search or scroll to find the product you'd like to add an offer to
  4. Click (...) under the Actions column
  5. Select Add Offer from the dropdown menu
  6. Fill in the form and all required fields
  7. Click Save

The following fields are mandatory when creating an offer using the Add Offer form

  • Seller Item SKU (seller's internal reference number for the product)

  • Location (location the product will ship from)

  • Condition (new or used)

  • Stock Quantity (how many are in stock to sell to the customer)

  • Minimum order quantity (minimum pieces or packs a customer must buy at one time)

  • Quantity (first quantity unit. Keep as 1 if there is no tiered pricing)

  • Unit Price (price of the product per unit)

Add Bulk Offers Using the Import Feature

The best way to import offers in bulk with the least fuss, is to download the Offer Import Template, fill out the spreadsheet, and upload it back into your MarketPush account.

There are two primary places you can download the offer template: Products page and Offers page.

1. Products Page

This method is recommended: Select multiple products, click "Download Offer Template," and the spreadsheet will auto-populate with necessary product data to match new offers to existing products; do not delete the auto-populated data, as it is essential for mapping offers to products.

2. Offers Page

All fields in this template will be blank and you'll need to retrieve the MPN number for the products you'd like to add offers to.

Fill in the template's columns required and optional columns. You can refer to the Instructions tab for field definitions and requirements.

The following fields are required on the Offer Template when creating new products:

The field below is required when updating offers:

  • Seller Item SKU

When you've completed your file, jump back into your MarketPush account and click Offers from the left-hand navigation menu.

Then, click the Import button at the top lefthand side of the page.

Once you click Continue, you'll be redirect to the Import History page where you'll see the status of your import.

If your file is missing required fields or formatted incorrectly, click Download under the Error Report column to see which offers have issues.

Next, correct the failed offers on your original spreadsheet and remove the offers that were successful so that you don't duplicate them.

Finally, re-upload them using the Import button on the Offers page.

You'll find your new offers at the top of the All Offers tab on the Offers page. You can delete, edit, and archive offers directly from this page.

Offers can be created and updated using an API connection or FTP file.

Offer Status

The following describes the conditions as to whether or not an offer is active.

  • the product is published
