Users with sufficient privileges can archive or restpre user accounts when viewing the list of users.
To archive users:
- Click on your Profile Icon
- Select Manage Users
- Find the user(s) you'd like to archive
- Select Archive from the Actions menu for the user you wish to archive
Click the Archive button to confirm that you want to archive the user account
Archived users will no longer have access to MarketPush. If the user would like to access MarketPush in the future, you will need to restore their user account.

On the Archived Users tab you can see a list of Operator and Seller users that have been archived. You have only one option on this page under Action which is Restore.

Restoring archived users will allow the user to log back into their portal.
How Do I Restore Archived User Accounts?
Operators with sufficient privileges can restore user accounts that have been archived. To restore an account that has been archived:
- Click on your Profile Icon
- Select Manage Users
- Select the Archived Users tab
- Select Restore from the Actions menu for the user you wish to restore
Archiving a user account will only archive the individual account. It will not archive any of the stores the account belongs to. If you have any issues, please contact our support team at support@marketpush.com.
