Can I Change an Existing User's Role?

If you have sufficient privileges as an Operator, you can change the role of another operator user. Users who have the same role as you cannot be demoted. If there is another operator user in a lesser role (such as Customer Support), you can move them into a higher role (such as Master Operator). 


You cannot edit the name, email or phone number of another operator user. '


To edit the role of a lesser operator user, simply find them on the Manage Users page, click the (...) under Actions, select Edit, and then change their role to the correct one.
