Fast Track to Selling: Quick Setup Guide for New Sellers

Follow the instructions below to get your seller account up and running quickly.  


1. Accept your Invitation 


You will receive an email notification from your marketplace administrator instructing you to create your Seller account. When you receive it, click the link inside the body of the email and follow the steps to create your account. 




You can choose to use Google SSO to login or an email and password. Please note that if you choose Continue with Google, you will not be able use the email and password login method moving forward. 




2: Fill in Profile Details & Select Notification Preferences


When you log into your Seller account successfully, the software will automatically ask that you fill in your profile information and customize your notification preferences. Your profile and notification settings can be re-configured whenever needed. 



3: Configure Shipping Rates


Navigate to the Shipping page from the left navigation menu to set up new shipping locations and rates. 



Confirm your Shipping Location. If it is incorrect, you can change it by clicking on the pencil icon in the righthand corner of the shipping table. Click Save after you've made the necessary update. 




If you have more than one shipping location, you can add it by clicking the blue Add Location button on the ride side of the page. 



Fill out the location form and click Save. 



You can only have one Primary Location. 


Next you will need to add rates to each shipping location by clicking the blue Add Rate button and filling in the rate form. 


The form allows you to specify the following: Shipping zones (i.e., United States - Lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada), Delivery Method (i.e., Ground, Overnight), Shipping Carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx, DHL), Shipping Option (i.e., Flat Rate, Free Shipping, Conditional Shipping), and Rate (if applicable).



Choosing Conditional allows you to set rates based on Minimum Order Value, of which there can be several. Click Save when finished. 



Set rates for all Shipping Locations set up in your account. 



4: Add Product(s)


Navigate to the products page by clicking Products on the navigation menu. To get started with a few products quickly, click the Add Product button in the right-hand corner of the page.



Have the following mandatory product fields ready: Product Category, Product Title, Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part Number


All other fields are optional but recommended. 



Click Save once you've filled in your available product data, and create more products as desired.


View and edit your created products from the main Products page.




5. Create Offer(s)


Next, you need to create offers on your products or customers will not be able to purchase them. Follow the steps below to create offers. 


  • Click on Products on the navigation menu


The products you just created will appear at the top of the product listing page.


  • Click the (...) under Actions and select Add Offer



  • Fill in the Offer creation form


All required fields are marked with a red asterisks



  • Click Save.
  • View and edit your saved offer on the Offers page


  • Next, wait for orders to be placed by customers!
