Learn How to Mark an Order as Paid in MarketPush
For orders paid "On Account" that are marked as "Shipped" or "Received" but haven't been recorded as paid, sellers will now see a "Mark as Paid" button on the order screen. This button will be located in the top right corner, where other action buttons are.
When a seller clicks this button, a message will pop up asking, "Are you sure you want to mark this order as paid?" If a seller confirms, the system will automatically fill in the payment date with the current date and time.
Additionally, for orders paid by "Credit Card," if a transaction number is present, the system will now automatically mark the order as paid when its status changes to "Shipped." This update will happen automatically, whether the status is changed through the external API or manually from the portal. These enhancements are designed to make it easier for sellers to keep track of payment statuses and ensure all records are up to date without additional manual input.
