Order Messages for Sellers

Order Messages serve as a convenient record-keeping tool, allowing customers and sellers to easily share important information about a particular order. This feature eliminates the need to search through emails or email threads to find relevant details of the communication between the seller and the customer regarding a specific order. Messages provide a clear display of all the communication and any special instructions exchanged between all users for a given order (e.g., Operators, Sellers, and Customers).


Each message displays the date, time that the user wrote the message, along with the message and any documents they might have attached. 



Adding a message

To add a message to an order:

  1. Click on Orders in the left navigation menu to view all your orders
  2. Click on the order number then scroll down to the Order Messages panel
  3. Enter a message in the input box provided
    • (Optional) Click the attachment button to attach any files to the message
  4. Click the Send button to send the message
