What is an Operator?

The Operator is a user that regulates the Marketplace and establishes rules for how the Marketplace operates and ensures its security.


Operators can track store metrics to get accurate information about the store's activity on the Marketplace. The following metrics are available when viewing the details of a store.

Total OffersThe total number of active offers.
Total OrdersThe total number of orders (includes canceled and rejected orders).
Fulfilled OrdersOrders that were fulfilled in the last 24 hours and last 7 days
SellersA snapshot of how many sellers stores there are by status type: Pending approval, Open, Closed, Suspended
Top 4 SellersThe top 4 sellers with the the highest dollar sales to date
Take RateHow much money (expressed as percentage) the marketplace operator has earned from all transactions
Top 10 CategoriesThe top 10 categories in the marketplace that sell the most
Sales Over TimeThe total sales revenue of all orders for various time periods 
Sales by Seller Total orders and sales by each seller 
Fulfillment rate by sellerRates of order acceptance, cancelled, rejected, and those with incidents, as well as average acceptance time and average time to shipped
Sales by productGross sales and total sales for each product



Store balances are updated in real-time.
