Setting Reminders

The MarketPush platform uses SendGrid as a service to send email notifications.

Reminders allow you to configure MarketPush to send alerts and reminders via e-mail to create a flexible notification system for your sellers. In addition, it has a convenient interface and is very easy to set up. To adapt reminders to suit business needs, operators with sufficient access to Reminders can modify the following default values.

• The number of days an order automatically changes from Received to Closed.

• The number of days when an Incident is automatically closed.

• The number of days when an Incident Dispute is automatically closed.

• The number of days a seller is reminded that an order has an Open Incident

• The number of days a buyer is reminded that their order has an Open Incident.

• The number of days an operator is reminded that an order has an Open Incident.

• The number of days when an order automatically changes from Pending Fraud Check to Canceled

• The number of days when an operator is reminded that an order is Pending Fraud Check.

• The number of days when a seller is reminded that an order is still in Pending.

• The number of days when an order in Pending status automatically is Canceled.

• The default number of days for Lead Time to Shipped.
