Upload Your Marketplace Terms & Conditions

Every marketplace has a terms and conditions. MarketPush recommends using the click thru acceptance process for your terms of service since the method sufficiently protects your interests and legally counts as formal acceptance of terms.

Upload Terms and Conditions

You will need to upload your marketplace's terms and conditions. You can do this by navigating to Profile Icon > Settings > Terms and Conditions > Choose File

The file type of your document must be PDF and the size cannot exceed 2MB.

When you upload a new file, it drops to the top of the table below the file selector.

Note: If you upload a new file, it will not automatically become your default/active terms of service. The default will remain the previous uploaded file, until you choose the new one from the default dropdown selector.

New Terms of Service

When you've uploaded a new terms of service document for your marketplace, all seller users within your system will be prompted to read and accept the new terms before they can log into their shops. They will also have the ability to download the new copy from within their shop

Download and Delete

If you'd like to download the current file or any of the previous files, you can do so by clicking the file name or by clicking Actions > Download.

If your list is growing very large and you'd like to delete entries, you can do so by clicking Actions > Delete.

These entries cannot be recovered so you'll want to delete them with caution
