Add Shipping Carriers

Modified on Thu, May 2 at 9:12 PM

Shipping carriers are companies that transport goods from one location to another. They provide shipping services by land, air, or sea, and are responsible for moving packages, parcels, and freight from one destination to another.

Some examples of popular shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and Canada Post. The shipping carriers that you should create for your marketplace would depend on a few factors, such as the location of your sellers, the types of products they are selling, and the preferences of your customers.

To create a Shipping Carrier:

  1. Log into your MarketPush portal
  2. Click on your Profile Icon
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Shipping
  5. Click on the Manage Shipping Carriers link
  6. Click the Add Shipping Carrier button
  7. Enter the name of the carrier you wish to create in the box provided
  8. Click the Save button to create your carrier

A Carrier Key will automatically generate. You can change this key prior to saving but not after. Prior to saving, you can choose to enable the carrier or keep it disabled. Once saved, you can toggle the carrier on or off at any time.

As a reminder, disabling or enabling a carrier is a global setting which means that all sellers in your marketplace will see and be impacted by the changes you make with this setting.

You can edit the name of the carrier by clicking Edit under Actions.
