Learn How to Suspend a Seller's Store
There will be times when the MarketPush operator needs to suspend a seller's store, preventing the store's offers from being purchasable by customers. This action is typically taken when sellers violate the operator's terms and conditions, there is remediation between seller and operator, or when sellers need to pause their store sales for an extended period of time.
Follow the steps below to suspend a seller store:
- Log into your MarketPush operator account
- Click Sellers on the left-hand navigation menu
- Find the store
- Click (...) under the Actions column next to the correct seller
- Select Suspend
- Click the Suspend button
To un-suspend a seller store, simply click on the (...) under the Actions column of the sellers table and click Resume.
