Archiving User accounts
Operators with sufficient privileges can archive user access and prevent them from accessing MarketPush or any store the user is associated with. From the Manage Users page:
Click the Actions button
Select Archive
A confirmation message modal will be displayed
Click Archive to archive the user
Pending Invitations
To avoid sending a repeat invitation by mistake, users with sufficient privileges can review sent invitations to see whether someone has accepted the invitation and has logged into the MarketPush instance.
Log In As User
MarketPush provides a “seller impersonation” feature to enable operators to log in as seller users to carry out actions on their behalf. Operators can use this functionality to:
help troubleshoot user issues or assist users with store account setup.
help sellers with difficulties encountered during their on-boarding process.
manage seller stores and carry out specific actions that they are unable to perform as an operator.
Steps:
Click your Profile Icon
Click Manage Users
Select Login as User from the Actions dropdown menu
Click the Login as User button to confirm you want to log in as the selected user
When an operator is logged in as a seller account user, a banner is displayed at the top of each page. To log out as the user, click Exit.
